While my personal foundation is a Christian worldview, my practice is firmly rooted in a person-centred approach. This means our sessions are entirely about you. I honour your pace and values, and I will never introduce faith into our conversation unless you choose to bring it there. Your journey is yours to lead, and I will support you on the path you choose.

Neurodiversity (Lived Experience)
I provide a neuro-affirming environment with a focus on supporting both neurodivergent individuals and their partners. Whether you are navigating a late-diagnosis, are self-diagnosed, or are currently in the assessment process, I aim to help you understand the unique "wiring" of your relationship and daily life.

Relational: Research shows the strongest predictor of therapeutic success is the relationship between counsellor and client. While you focus on your growth and goals, my priority is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where that transformation can happen.

Integrative Therapist: I am qualified to practice in-person, on-line and by telephone. My style will adapt to your needs; offering non-directive, Person-Centred, and directive, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy.
