From Lived Experience to Professional Practice
My therapeutic career began in the charitable sector, supporting those facing homelessness, domestic violence, and addiction. This practical experience taught me the value of human connection and motivated me to professionalise my passion through a Diploma in Counselling. I have transitioned from a fixer to a facilitator, walking alongside my clients in a collaborative partnership.

While my personal foundation is a Christian worldview, my practice is firmly rooted in a person-centred approach. This means our sessions are entirely about you. I honour your pace and values, and I will never introduce faith into our conversation unless you choose to bring it there. Your journey is yours to lead, and I will support you on the path you choose.

Neurodiversity
I provide a neuro-affirming environment with a focus on supporting both neurodivergent individuals and their partners. Whether you are navigating a late-diagnosis, are self-diagnosed, or are currently in the assessment process, I aim to help you understand the unique "wiring" of your relationship and daily life.

Relational: Research shows the strongest predictor of therapeutic success is the relationship between counsellor and client. While you focus on your growth and goals, my priority is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where that transformation can happen.

Integrative: I blend various modalities, including CBT, Brief Counselling, and creative interventions.

Empowering: Our sessions are designed to equip you with the tools needed for sustainable, long-term change based on your personal goals.
